Distilled from New York State artichokes, this premium small batch gin uses traditional botanicals such as juniper and citrus to create a fresh, clean and bright flavor. Unlike other gins, Artskocka uses artichokes to create its unique taste. Each artichoke is hand-picked to preserve its individual qualities for this wonderfully classic blend. The unique vapor-infusion process is used to distill the Artskocka gin and delicately extracts the best from each botanical.
